About
Financial planning is too often about picking investments and financial products and not about the big picture. It really doesn’t matter if an investment gives a good return if the money is later wasted or the income is realized all in one year and tax takes a large portion of it.
A mentor taught me that real wealth is a product of four things: family harmony, personal fulfillment, financial contentment, and social contribution. If any of those four becomes zero, there is no real wealth. When planning for clients, I aim to help them keep things simple and find that balance where real wealth is maximized.
